Regular price is $1,395 for a main conference pass. A main conference pass includes Tuesday evening’s networking event and all sessions on Wednesday, March 29 & Thursday, March 30. Workshops and the Pre-Conference session take place on Tuesday, March 28 and are an additional $995 . They are available for single purchase or as an add-on to a main conference pass. We are also offering an ALL ACCESS pass, which includes the main conference, a workshop, the pre-conference session and the ICC Post Show Video Access for $2,495. The ICC Post Show Video Access option is available as a stand-alone purchase item for $595. There are numerous discounts on these prices for those who register early. No, unfortunately at this time we are not offering live streaming of the full event. We are excited to offer Post Show Video Access to attendees and non-attendees. Those who purchase this option have access to the video and audio of the event approximately three weeks after the conclusion of the conference. It will include video & audio of the keynote sessions and audio & PowerPoint presentations of all the breakout sessions. The content will be online and accessible for one year for anyone who purchases it.
Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 4, groups of 5 to 8, and groups of 9 or more – the more people you bring, the bigger your discount! We also offer a limited amount of discounts to approved non-profit organizations & those currently attending an academic institution. Please note only one discount code is valid per registrant.

A main conference registration includes an opening night reception on Tuesday, March 28 with light appetizers; continental breakfast, lunch and a reception with light appetizers on Wednesday; and continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday.
You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below.
If you cancel before November 1, 2016 you will be refunded your registration fee less a 10% processing fee.
If you cancel on or after November 1, 2016 but before January 1, 2017 you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
If you cancel on or after January 1, 2017 but before February 6, 2017 you will be refunded 25% of your registration fee.
If you cancel on or after February 6, 2017 you will not be eligible for a refund but may send someone in your place.
All Fees must be paid by February 19, 2017.

Conference attire is business casual for all events, including the evening events. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature.
